Digital BW, The Print

I've resurrected an old PC and installed Redhat 9 Linux
on it this weekend. I have QTR2 compiled & installed but 
I'm not home free yet--I'm not seeing what I *think* I 
should see when I add my 2200--no references to a 
"QuadToneRIP" printer model, for example, though I can 
add it as a straight 2200 and print a CUPS test page.

Before I post questions, I'm wondering if anyone has 
yet assembled a set of notes, even crude, for Linux 
installs. If so, I would appreciate them. I'd also be 
happy to contribute to them based on my experiences. Feel

I'm sure my questions are pretty dopey--I have limited 
Linux sysadmin experience and haven't been in the Mac 
world for a while. But maybe that makes me useful as a 
crash test dummy...
