I see more pictures and the translation of the Dutch article from
this list's archives.

The red and blue ink referred to must be a mistake. At least the
picture showing the printer is just the CcMm set. There's no way
you can substitute CM with BR. It still is a subtractive colour
mixing printer. More chance we get a subtractive CMY monitor than
an additive RGB printer.

Head technique of the 10000 = 180 nozzles per colour.
Minimum droplet size 3.5 pl and ... max droplet size 28 pl.

Speculation on my part: they use the matte black + the gloss
black + the grey ink in B&W printing on matte papers. The colours
for toning.

If that's the case I don't think it will be in the old version.
Nobody would like that in the end.
