Thinner paper tends to buckle when wet with ink, and in my experience
it doesn't completely flatten out when dry. Reducing the amount of ink
deposited helps, but that affects color and contrast too.

Other than having a nicer feel, is there any visual advantage to the 
heavier weight version of a given paper?
