With respect to the original poster, I would normally do this offline but
since it was an unsigned post with a yahoo account I decided to raise the
issue as it it is a growing issue for me (being responsible for a
copyright).

The open page http://www.artphotogallery.org/
has an image of Edward Weston, stating copyright Edward Weston, 1930...
when in fact it is \ufffd Center for Creative Photography, Arizona Board of
Regents.

This is not hard information to come by since I verified it with a reference
at Masters of Photography (http://www.masters-of-photography.com/) which is
linked by the site builder for at least one of the color pieces, and then
could do so at CCP.

Sometimes it's not an issue of money, just knowledge.  Is it a major
infraction?  Who knows, and depends on which side of the fence you are on.
