Rick, I have the same problem with my 1200. It is frustrating because it seems intermittent. After the initial feed begins it doesn't catch in the last row of rollers. I examined them with a flashlight and they are clean and dry. I have less problems when the paper tray is full. I wonder if there is a fine paper thickness adjustment?
