Other's experiences here are just the oposite. If you have both the ProRIP and StudioPrint you would have at some point been made a member of the piezopro list, a lot of knowledge using SP for quads there. If you purchased one or both of them from IJM you should contact them for a membership. Phone support has been excellent.
