Digital BW, The Print

I just purchased a 1270 and an MIS system. It has color in it now and I would like to 
set it up specifically for B+W. I have read the info on www.inkjetart.com about 
cleaning, but couldn't find much in the way of changing out complete inks using the 
same bottles, etc. Does anyone have any advice? Also what is the best inkset to get 
for neutral black and white prints for the 1270.
