Digital BW, The Print

OK - I got the UT carts for my 1280, cleaned up the parking pad, put 
the UT carts in, ran a couple cleaning cycles and ran a few purge 
patterns - so far so good.

Tried to print following the workflow:
1) Convert image to AdobeRGB
2) Apply curve for EAM (image turns purple & yellow)
3) Set source space to AdobeRGB & Print Space to Same as Source in 
Print with Preview
4) Set paper to Photo Paper, Color, check Advanced & set to Photo 1440 
dpi in driver
5) Set Color Management to NCA in driver
6) Print

I get a really goofy print that looks like it's missing some certain 
tones. In general, the areas of the image that turned yellow after 
applying the WN curve all seem to print at the same Zone V tone.

I also tried setting the Print Space to Printer Color Management and 
got a different brightness level, but the same results otherwise.

What am I doing wrong?
