To whom it may concern, This thread seems to be taking up an inordinate amount of bandwidth, does not seem to be progressing any farther than it has in previous reincarnations and is getting acrimonious as well. Techniques for converting color files or film to digital B&W prints are of valid interest to the group since that is a path many people take regardless of how some may view this process. However, it should be obvious to all involved that these tired old arguments of B&W vs. color and digital vs. film do not change anyone's opinion.
