But with the three digital cameras I do have -- the D60, a smaller G2, and an even smaller pocket S230 -- I quite normally shoot each of these cameras at 1/3 stop underexposed from what the lightmeter suggests. That's what I find works best for me, although I'm not sure if other photographers habitually slightly over or under expose their digital images or if they just go with what the lightmeter tells them.
