Many months ago I read a post here regarding a PS plugin from Imagingfactory called Convert to B&W Pro, I purchased this software and have used it to my satisfaction. Last week my hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall everthing. Much to my displeasure I had misplaced the registration code for this plugin. I have emailed Imagingfactory asking them to give me the numbers to reinstall it twice with no reply. I know that many vendors read this forum and others like it. We as purchasers of software such as this support them in business as they should support us as customers. Customer service does not and should not end at the point of sale. I know that this is off topic but wanted to vent on a frustrating situation. Maybe someone from Imagingfactory will read this and understand my concerns. Rick Zeidman www.morgan-baily.com
