Have you cleaned the bottom of the printhead (paper towel & windex in the plastic "trough")? The bottom of the printhead often gets gummed up with semidried ink that misdirect the ink jets. Also the parking pad and wiper should be cleaned with windex. Use Windex with ammonia- D or any other ammonia-based window cleaner. Homebrew is 1 part household ammonia to 9 parts water. Note: The ammonia (high pH) cleaners only work with basic/high pH inksets. To check for compatability, drop a little ink into some cleaner. The ink should disperse rapidly, if it clots, then don't use.
