FWIW, I used my 3000 this past weekend for the print exchange making 31 prints using Lysonic ink on Arches Hot Press using of the manual feed banner slot at the back of the machine. The printer is set up on a rolling shelf desk with three shelves to it so I can stand behind the machine while placing paper through it that way. I had no apparent banding (to my eye) and found it easy to load. If I were not able to have access to the machine from behind for this I would have to question either the layout of my equipment or my interest in printing on heavy stock/larger sheets. You may need as much room behind the machine as requires you to comfortably get the largest sheet you will print behind it with you. For me that requires the width of a small table which also conveniently holds the future sheets to load. Cleavis
