I received empty cartridges for refilling with UT ink. They were different than the ones I received before (each time I get some they're from a different manufacture) and, boy, are these bad. The chip had fallen off one of them (no big deal as I can glue it on). There was no tape on the top of any of them (OK I guess). Then I tried filling with 18cc's of ink but it would not inject. I finally had to pull the syringe half way out and really force the ink in. When I had 4-5 cc's left in the syringe it came out the top. The chambers were not the full size. I struggled through the cyan position and gave up on the light cayan. Then I couldn't suck the ink out. I finally taped it up and will call MIS on Monday to return. Boy is it frustrating. I can't print and I'm out 18cc's of cayan UT ink. Good thing I have to wait till Monday to call cause I ain't a very satisfied customer today. Anybody else have a problem with their empty carts? Thanks for letting me vent. Tom
