I can tell you that MIS appears to be a small privately owned company with a dominant position in a niche market. The owner is retired from a fairly signficant managerial position with a Fortune 100 manufacturing company but certainly is profit motivated. MIS achieves this goal by being customer focused in a manner that has become past tense in modern times. It appears to me that the owner has stuck a reasonable balance between personal time and business. Being in a niche market, almost all the customers knew they were closing for this period and adjusted purchases accordingly. Unfortunate you were just coming up to speed, but your inks may arrive days from now or days from when they re-open. But you won't be disappointed in their product or service as they thrive by their reputation.
