Martin and others,

It turns out a single work as defined by the LOC (library of Congress) 
encompasses a VOLUME of images if you submit them that way..

What many pros do is submit a monthly (or more often) CD/DVD of their 
imagery production and entitle the Volume say "Martin Wesley, June 
2003".. then you only pay one $30 fee with the CD/DVD.  That then covers 
each image in the Volume.
