Digital BW, The Print

Would anyone have any ideas/technique that would allow me to
place digital images into a "mask" that would simulate a 2 1/4 sq.
neg outline?  This would look like a full frame contact print being
made from 120 film, other than actually scanning a blank/clear 
neg in and using it as the actual mask.
