I have been able to "fix" several flash cards in this state very simply.

 

It seems the cards become inaccessible to the original camera when loading
or display is stopped by battery failure or user shutdown during writing or
reading the card.

 

I put the card in another brand or different version of a manufacturer's
camera and format it. Then it will work in the original camera after
reformatting there as well.

 

If the pictures are important, there are recovery programs which work with
external card readers connected to a computer.
