Where is the ICM stuff?

I just got the Colormatch calibration software (RBG 
Profiler/Spyder/PhotoCal) this week.
Simple question, I'm using Win98 - where is the ICM 2.#?
Did a "Find" and it seemed to only come up with ICM profiles.

Thanks in Advance for this rookie question.
