In order to have letters like that showing on your screen (MIS computer for example) you have to chose English (International version) as a computer language. I did so and have these letters showing with no problem. \ufffd\ufffd\ufffd\ufffd\ufffd - you press "tilde" (shift+upper left key with the accent and tilde) and the letter n. It's that simple.
