Digital BW, The Print

In order to have letters like that showing on your screen (MIS computer 
for example) you have to
chose English (International version) as a computer language.  I did so 
and have these letters showing
with no problem.  \ufffd\ufffd\ufffd\ufffd\ufffd   - you press "tilde" (shift+upper left key with 
the accent and tilde) and the letter n.
It's that simple.
But one has to want that.  Some people do not want to make an extra step.
