Brian,

It looks like the ink order could be off. I'll send a test file off list.

Subject: [Digital BW] Need help with UT output on 1280

Hello, I have been playing with my UT inks and 1280 printer. I have
had mixed results using EEM and the roark curves as I was expecting
WYSIWYG and I find my prints either muddy or blocky. I finally spent
the time to print some stepwedges with the 4 curves. I was a bit
surprised to see the output was not a smooth progression on the dark
side (see link below to the wedges from top to bottom warm, cool,
neutral and M warm). I think in several cases I need to adjust the
output to flow more consistently but I have no idea how to influence
specific points on the scale. Can anyone point me to the right set
of controls and I can play with the output? Should I be editing the
specific curves? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Brian
