Hey Folks, I used to post quite a bit on this list then got side tracked for a while. Was wondering if someone could take a look at this print... http://www.rainbowstudios.com/people/jimp/thumbnails/index.htm Now I think I know why this is happening, pigment inks on glossy paper, even though it's the special "glossy for pigments" paper from Red River. I am using the gen four black ink and my 1280. Has anyone tried the new The MIS GP ArchivalÂ… http://www.inksupply.com/index.cfm?source=html/arcink_gp.html Are they worth it? The reason I ask is because I am seriously thinking about going back to bulk Epson inks, for more paper options. Are so many people not using dye based inks due to the longevity issues? Also, the nice thing about going back to Epson inks are the profiles I can get from almost any paper manufacturer, these can save someone a lot in profiling costs. Just looking at other option before I commit back to Epson Dye inks, thanks in advance. Jim
