>I think I know there's no way to use the Epson drivers, say on a 1280, to print longer than 44 inches, but perhaps with one of the several RIPs being used for other purposes, even if only on a Mac? My impression is that panormic prints might be getting increasingly popular, and I'd think a length limit would be a frustration in that context. Is there a conventional size or, more likely I guess, ratio for panoramas?< If the Epson driver allows it then there's no practical limit in Qimage (Windows). Practical in the sense that at 30 cm width printed to the edge you could print a 360 degrees panorama of a 50 mm Voyageur panorama camera that has a 1:6 ratio image. Total length then 180 cm = six feet. Don't think there are MF panorama cameras with longer focal lengths or 35 mm's with the same ratio. The scanback panorama cameras are a different category and so is the LF panorama group. That leaves the question where to get a scanner that scans 36 cm film. Ernst
