Digital BW, The Print

I saw many good web site in US and UK for B&W inkjet printing like MIS / Piezography or Perma Jet ...
But here in France it seems quite non-existent.

Does anyone know good places where I can buy inks and paper in France ??

Maybe my only choise will be to order all this in US or UK ...
