Can it help an image, that is suffering from 'posterization/solarization' appearances, if the 8 bit image is converted at the end of the manipulation process to 16 for the curve application and printing. Or is it a waste of time as the data just isnt there ? Unfortunately it cant be re-scanned and kept in 16. printer 1160 MIS inkset Paul's curves thanks Frank
