Digital BW, The Print

Hi,
I was wondering how long I can expect carts to last. I've just about used up my first bottles of MIS ink and am having major inkflow problems in my 1200. I've done all the windex/water tricks and am just about ready to send it off for a new print head.

But I'm wondering if the carts could just be worn out and not allowing a proper vacuum. I'll try some new ones that I have here, but if anyone can tell me how many refills I can expect before a cart gives out, I'd appreciate it.
