Digital BW, The Print

Can anyone reccomend a archival double-sided paper and ink combo?
I will be printing on 11x17 on paper to be bound in books.

I haven't yet purchased a printer and therefore am totally open.

Any suggestions are appreciated! I am open to true monochrome or color inks.
I would love to simulate the traditional semi-gloss photo book and don't care 
much about the tactile appeal of fine art paper.
