I've used this combination in an 1160 with very good results.

The densities of the Piezo and UT-FSN inksets are fairly well matched, so
they should print much the same.  However, every inkset absorbs into the
paper slightly differently, so there could be minor differences.  I have not
tried the ICC approach.

I don't think the 1160 is capable of really great glossy results.  It's just
a matter of its age versus the 1280 and 2200.
