Sorry to intrude on the list, but I hope someone here can relieve my frustration. I am in New Zealand for a few months' sabbatical, away from my home in Australia. I am using a borrowed CRT monitor connected to my laptop to edit pictures for web display. I want to use my Spyder to profile the monitor, but I have struck trouble. The ColorVision PhotoCal software was misbehaving, so I reinstalled it from the CD. That's when I found I don't have a note of the software serial number, without which the program won't run. The serial number, of course, is locked in a filing cabinet at home. I have sent a message to ColorVision asking for help, but I don't know if and when they can help. In the meantime, could some kind PhotoCal user send me their serial number by private email? Understand that I have a licence for the software, and have the original CD -- so sharing your serial number with me is, surely, only a small sin. Please?
