Digital BW, The Print

Hello,

 I have an Epson 1270 (Windows PC) I would like to dedicate to BW.
From what I see here and the MIS site, I presume I should be using the
VMS inks with Epson Enhanced Matte. However, I have seen posts with
people using UT2.
 What should I be using with the 1270 to get the best results ?
