Richard, What type of plastic sleeves have you tried and with what papers? I haven't encountered this problem as yet. We print on both Legion Gloss & Ilford Smooth Gloss and store in archival Polypropylene sleeves in binders and I've not seen this with any prints. Perhaps the paper you are using is more prone to moisture absorption or it may be a storage environment (humidity) issue. Or then again perhaps some inks don't dry as well as others. Any more info?
