8oz see through carts

I'll try this again. Has anyone had experience with these 8oz see 
through Carts? Pros and Cons. Any possibility of pressure difference 
between carts and heads, which would lead to siphoning action 
draining carts? I am using a 7500. Anyone else selling these.
