I'm doing all of the above correctly.

I have an Epson 1280 and just tested with a profile downloaded from your site and it 
works fine. Never had this before I changed inks and am sure it has nothing to do with the 
inks. Your instructions (and my memory) say to just edit calibration=yes and set the 
default_ink_limit to 100. Choose QuadTone Calibration in the menu and select the profile I 
just created.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
