This is not necessary but might make things less prone to confusion. With Panther running I'd first get the Epson driver running. The Print Setup Utility might automatically connect, but if there's any question of getting the correct driver, explicitly Add the printer under the "EPSON USB" heading. The printer will be called "Stylus Photo 2200". You should NOT install GhostScript or any explicit Gimp-Print versions. Install QTR beta9. Download and install the profiles from 2200-UC. This install script (rather than the one in the beta9 download) will automatically create Quad2200 with the correct driver and profiles. From then on you ought to be where you were with Jaguar. Use Systus Photo 2200 with Epson driver for color and Quad2200 with QTR for B&W. Roy
