Particularly "lessens your - non $$ value?"

How did you get there from my quote : "[w]hen you do so, it lessens your 
inherent $$ value, " to  a quote that apparently would be speaking of  
"non $$ - value"? Although I remain truly mystified what you mean and 
what being an "artiste" or not has to do with it...
