I'm so glad you've get it working -- I know you've gone through a
lot of frustration.

I know in general that it's because the whole page is always completely
rendered instead of moving the margins in.  I'll have to see if I can
find a way to special case that and eliminate the wasted effort.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
