That really is an understatement.  Most people who
have any problem with a MIS product are satisfied
after one phone conversation.

No need to prove you have a problem, no waiting 8-12
weeks for a customer service specialist to OK refunds
or excanges.  MIS is staffed with very pleasant
people, who seem to care about their customers.
