I think mainly installation problems...and installation has been made very simple in IP6. 
Otherwise, prpbably, user-induced problems owing to the poor manual...and the manual 
has also been vastly improved in IP6. Bruce Fraser, co-author of Real World Photoshop, 
writes:

"Workflow with IP is very simple. I make sure IP is set to Apply Embedded profiles, I open 
the file in IP, I make sure that IP has the correct output profile set, and I print...Mainly, 
once IP is set up, it's much simpler than printing through the OS-level drivers."
