are very prone to scuffing on any paper."

Yes, I am only using Ultrachrome inks.  I'm not sure, though, why you 
find ultracrhomes to be inherently more "scuffable" than other inks.  
I've always found the paper to be the variable.  E.g., when I print 
with Matte Black UC ink on Photo Rag, I get scuffing if I'm not 
careful; when I print with Matte Black UC ink on Enhanced Matte, I 
get no scuffing.
