Digital BW, The Print

I just spoke with someone in customer service who said the item has been discontinued by them, and there will be NO backorders..It seems that word got out and the sold out of what they had...OR..they realized they made a serious error and are NOT selling hem with the deal(s) as offered (my conjecture only)..

  Is it possible that the SKU would come up but the model number 
  wouldn't?
