Digital BW, The Print

Hello,
I wondered if anyone could tell me whether, if sleeves are labeled as being made of Polypropylene, they are always archival?

Or can they still be acidic or have some other destabilising chemical in them?

(I'm talking about sleeves for storing prints.)
