Digital BW, The Print

Seems that EEM is as standard for many of you; and sounds like it is 
a good paper to use before commiting to a rag paper, having a 
similar print profile as some of the popular rag papers.

Being that I am currently on an extreme budget, what is the least 
expensive source of EEM and perhaps other papers that you might 
suggest. I will be using MIS EZ inks on a C84 for B&W as well as 
doing some color.
