Digital BW, The Print

I wait until CompUSA has one of their occasional internet coupons for
50% off any paper in the store, then it's $8 a box of 50 sheets
8.5x11. I buy everything, usually 8-10 boxes, they have in stock. If
they have A3, I stock up there as well. 

You just have to be willing to stock up when it's cheap.
