Randy, I cannot buy EEM locally, so I learned to print with EHM (a blessing in disguise). I prefer the look and feel of Epson Heavyweight Matte for quadtone printing, as it does not have an atomic white surface. From my viewers who do not know why or what I print with, I usually get the same response - "the blacks look velvety." It is a beautiful paper often overlooked as it is one of Epson's lowest priced papers. It seems that Office Max has it half off every other week, but it is about $12/50 sheets normally.
