The FS inks are compatible with the old Cone/Piezo driver, which I think is
now the R9 driver.  I don't know much about the Septone RIP, but I think it
is different.  With quads (not hextone printers) FS inks can also be printed
with the Epson driver.  In fact, I think they are better with it.

I think the only MIS inks in the comparative fade tests are the old MIS FS
inks, not the new UT-FS inks, which are state of the art.

My tests indicate that the state of the art inks in terms of longevity are
the MIS Ultra Tone family, the Cone PiezoTone inks, and the Epson
UltraChrome black inks (matte, photo and light).  (I have not tested the
Septone inks.)
