Digital BW, The Print

Has anyone ordered from MIS recently?  Have you experienced any quality control issues?

I've been involved with 2 orders for friends and there were QC problems with both orders.  One was a CFS for the C84.  They forgot to send drilled caps and a couple of other things from the order.  One of the auto-reset chips had also fallen off the cart.  The other order was a CFS for the 2100.  The glue on the elbow joint on one of the carts had come off!

The first wasn't a big deal so we contacted MIS by email.  Have yet to contact MIS on the second problem.  I'm sure they'll sort everything out but it's a bit annoying.  Just wondering if anyone else has had any problems.  I wonder if these 2 problems are a phase they're going through or if it's totally coincidental.
