Re:C84 and EZ inks -- whoa- More Info Please

Stuart! Don't make this hard! It's meant to be EZ! :-)

Seriously, you just buy a set of cartridges from MIS -- you can get a cool
set or a warm set. The cartridges are color-coded to the Epson cartridge
colors -- just match the colors up and you're done. No, you can't install a
partial set of MIS inks -- you get four carts and you put them all in. I don't
think you get a choice of blacks, but if I'm wrong, my cart says it's Eboni.
And as I said in my first post, I printed onto EEM -- Epson Enhanced Matte.
But I am sure you will get great results with any number of other papers -- I
just got a great deal on a lot of EEM so I'm printing it for the next eleven
years or so.

Honestly, I don't mean to sound sketchy, but the set-up really is a
no-brainer ... as Paul Roark and MIS intended it to be.

HOWEVER,

Don't forget to heed Roark's workflow. If you're printing onto matte
papers: (1) Choose plain paper in the paper selection. (2) Select best photo
quality. (3) In color management, use controls, set the contrast slider to -15,
and set the brightness slider to -5. That's what I did, and it worked for
me.
