This question tends to raise some major debate. I think you should see samples of quads and make the determination yourself, or get your client's opinions. If you go to quads, I tend to favor StudioPrint since you can optimise and linearize it for any quad ink set, and rumor is they will soon have options available for the "toner" mono sets such as MIS inks. Though ImagePrint works well for many, with quads you are limited to whatever profiles they provide (no doubt good), and it is not, to date, user linearizable. The most popular ImagePrint option for B&W, using the UC color inks, is a different look in my opinion. It also works well for many people. I think their thrust is for continued developement of that aproach and am not sure how seriously they are continuing developement of quad options, others would no better than I. Don't forget to check out IJC and QuadToneRIP, they are both viable and in some ways more flexible. All except ImagePrint are platform dependant.
