Hi Roger,

At the risk of jumping the gun on a diagnosis, one problem that has shown
up is a roll/sheet paper inconsistency.  If you edit the PPD file and remove
the 7 line section referring to InputSlot you might solve the problem.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
