Doubtful, but possible I suppose. I've profiled both of these papers and 
there are a few differences when you graph them in 3D. I'll tell you what 
IS in fact the same as USFA. PremeirArt Fine Art Hot Press is the same 
paper, as is Parrot Digigraphic's Satin Fine Art Duo.
